I think it could be Chorthippus again - the upper part of the thorax (pronotum) looks very alike that in pg71 of the Malt ese countryside book (=chorthippus) in contrats to that of pg62 (Aiolopus) which has a smoother coloration and brighter eyes and head
Recently the genus Chorthippus have been split into Glypotobothrus and Chorthippus. The difference is that the Glypotobothrus species have a widened medial area on the tegminae while the Chorthippus do not.[/img]
Our publications list both g. brunneus and g. mollis. But it's very difficult to distinguish between them. They can be identified from the shape of the outer wing and the song.
