This is the Paceville valley hux

The Villarosa hotel I believe is the building.

There are a couple of rare plants in that valley, should visit it!

You are very close and will sign it as a correct answer!

The valley is that one of Paceville and called Hark il-Hammiem. The building is known as Villa Rosa (and I think it is bought by the nearby hotel you mentioned!).

There is an important population of Aristolochia clusii, and a Rumex that seems to be confined to this valley in the island. Other things might prop up there hux
