After lots of chasing, I managed to get a good photo of this marvellous butterfly, called the Painted Lady (<i>Cynthia caudi</i>)
I spent several minutes looking the patterns of the wings and comparing it between the right and left wing - perfectly identical I have to say.

The plant is the next one to be included in the database - Dittrichia viscosa
