The Vivid Beauty of Butterflies

Here are some of my latest and proud shots of butterflies from Malta. Note that these are really difficult to photograph from a compact digital camera. A dSLR with macrozoom is the right equipment for such fast-flapping insects - if you have some LM1000 to spare!

If you know the species and English names of the butterflies down here, please tell us.

Keith, welcome again... you was another onvol 'victim' that could not access the site. Now they fixed the things up (ie updated the new server of my website in their system)
