Opuntia species
This one I think is Opuntia ficus-indica since it is more than 1 m high and it has almost no spines.

This one is also more than 1 m high and it has more than 2 spines together, so following Flora Europaea is should be Opuntia maxima. This specimen was not naturalized but found in a park area, and therefore other species than those listed in Flora Europaea could be a possibility.
BTW: It looks a bit like the specimen here at maltawildplants.com which has the name Opuntia dillenii (in Flora Europaea: Opuntia stricta). Though this species is less than 1 m high.
