Are Fresia posoinous to bees?

Post by MWP admin »

Hi,

Pure curiosity - it seems that my Fresias are toxic to bees because I am finding several flowers with bees dead inside.

Have you heard something like that?

Hi, we looked for this curiosity recently in Buskett and Victoria lines: No dead insects in the flowers or on the ground!

Maybe it's again Foxy the dog (remember !)

I have found about 10 in total, but the bulk was in March. Could be they drowned during rain?
