White form (albino?) of Anacamptis urvilleana (endemic). Much much more rarely, albinos of Anacamptis pyramidalis (flowers in April) are seen. I am 99% sure that yours is A. urvilleana

Yes of course, just that I never saw one that was so pure white, normally they come in varying shades of pink, even very light, but pure white without a hint of pink I never saw.
