Highly aromatic purple/lilac flowerd Mint

I am not very much acquainted with the Mint family yet, but this plant got my curiosity and took several photos of it, thinking that it might be something rare. Checking the books, I have not identified it.

Plant was found in valley boed

Leaves strongly aromatic (like balm) flower also scented, with teh same aroma but more sweety

Flowers small in verticillasters. Calyx small too and actinomorphic. Leaves rather small and rounded often with pale patches on them.

Any ideas of what we have here?

That would be Calamintha nepeta (=Saturea calamintha)
