I found some intersting living organisms from a burnt patch in the countryside (looked to be an open BBQ). They are some sort of fungi, basidiomycota I would say.

Anyone familiar?

I beg to differ; they look like ascomycotes (discomycetes, more specifically) to me. Sorry I can't tell you more but they sure are beautiful.

Nice sites but I do not have time to go through. The Ascomycota Genus Aleuria have some similarity to the one I posted.
