its more or less one 6th of the inflorescence and the number of inflorescene clusters multiplied by 9 gives the page on Weber's book

For the wonderers, this is Holoschoenus vulgaris (syn.= Scirpus holoschoenus var. globiferus), a member of the Cyperaceae.
