Schedonorus arundinaceus ?

Schedonorus arundinaceus ?

I found this grass spp. close to water course which my closest guess for its name is Schedonorus arundinaceus ssp. fenas.

My concern is the lax panicle (compared to photos I have of this species) and auricles at base of leaves are not so well developped. I do not know the extent of variation of the species i mentioned.
