This little spider has a red colour for a reason, of course camouflage. They don't spin a web and they just sit on a flower or a suitable place until a prey comes to near and then BAM , KAPLOW she bites him injecting some venom (not poisonous to humans) and the prey is Kaput.
Notice the most conspicous legs (black) are the 2 front pairs. Those are the ones that are useful when catching the prey. The other ones are used only for locomotion and are quite transparent. In this case she is not well camouflaged though.
When she is taunted she moves rapidly in a sideways direction and that gives her the name of crab spider.
These spiders are common.
