Lotus holophilus vs cytisoides

Post by MWP admin »

How possible this species is Lotus holophilus???

Compared to L. cytisoides

The flowers are paler and the plant smaller (not a shrub). It was found in good soil, so dont think its dwarfism.

Examining the photos later, I noted that the lateral sepals are slightly shorter from those below/above (as stated in Haslam for L.holophilus). Leaves small.

Its a small variant of L. cytisoides. L. halophilus is much more minute.
