Lemon balm scented Lamiaceae or Verbenaceae

Lemon balm scented Lamiaceae or Verbenaceae

I could not identify this Micromeria like species, but deinitely not Micromeria microphylla. COuld be M. graeca?!? Smells a little like the Aloisia (Verbenaceae genus) too.

Forgot to say that it can grow erect in a sort of a small shrub. or several-branched plant of about 50cm in length. (this should exclude M. microphylla).
