the flowers look like Myoporum but i have never seen the fruit

I found flowers and fruits from May to June.

I just had a look to Haslam: she writes tetrandrum for Malta and Gozo and comparing the photos the leaves of that one also don`t have teeth( like mine ), but laetum has. And the flowers of laetum are a bit spotted lilac inside.

no, laetum leaves usually have margins not toothed- may vary somewhat (also the leaf colour and the purplish spots inside the corolla).
