If it`s not plumieri = erecta = repens, which You find in the Official Garden and several other places in Victoria, it should be stenostachya; but I never saw that tree.

Ok, my references (flora of the Maltese islands by Hans Chris Weber) gives for this plant the names of Duranta erecta and Duranta repens, so if D. plumieri is another synonym then you are right - well done!

Il Maltin qumu mir-raqda hi!

Greenhorn congratulation, try cute quiz since you are very good :-)

I was sure about the name, for there a small wooden signs on the trees in the Offic. Garden of Victoria. My reference for the other names is Schmidt: Hortus Mediterraneus.
