Please help - is it Ambrosia?

I met this strange plant at Marsa (Ghammieri) and has flowers and smell of Ambrosia (ref to maritima) but leaves are too much finely pinnatisect.

What species we are looking at?

I have a photo of the dried inflorescences if needed.

looks like an Artemisia. could it be an neglected ornamental? Just look at floweing ornamental Asteraceae. maybe you will find some with the same leaves.
