For you it is easy but for us quite difficult-
pic 2 are stamens, I suppose, not an Asteraceae-
pic 3 seems to be a teratology of a well known plant? an Asteraceae...(?)

For A You suppose right, stamens yes, Asteracea no.
B should be normal for a well known plant, otherwise it would be a forgotten one, and Asteracea lies in the freezer.

pic 2:
is my interpretation correct that there are 2 flowerheads, each with many single flowers, like in the Apiaceae?

At first, when You answered, I had my doubts, if my identification was in order.
Yes: Rubiaceae

Yessir: Galium aparine.

And about the other one I was sure, You would see at the first view, what it is, for there is an older book, which gave me the idea, to make a pic like this.

ahh, ok, very easy now! I had the idea at the very first time and compared it with my pics (high magnification of no. 013  ) but the structures were different (possibly due to the age) and, I dont know why, I kept in my mind that you did say 1 flower (but you did not)- so my fault.
