? Lepidium graminifolium

Was in Gozo last weekend and whilst strolling on the main road at Victoria found a couple of plants that looked very strange. Petals were tiny with 4 petals and the seeds are rounded. Looks like Lepidium to me, but better confirm with the experts!

Unfortunately the photographs I took are really dim!

Well, I think you are very close- may be right! I also found this thing (1m high) few weeks ago without any leaves, but up to now we had no time for determination. I will let you know later if it is an adult specimen of the Lepidium which I know only from late spring in younger stages.

yes, Lepidium graminifolium which can be perennial in Malta. If i remember right haslam does not cite it for Gozo. Still, it seems more frequent there than in Malta.

Recently found it also in Rabat Malta.
