What's this Allium

I have not checked much about this species (my ref books do not show much alliums) and haslam keys rely on leaves and other small anotomical details. When I tasted one flower it had a sweet-garlic taste.

One interesting characteristic is the long pointed old valves.

characteristic are the very long small bracts (and certainly the colour)

yes, they are green in the bud and vertically arranged and at the opened flower head (your pic 1) they are brown and horizintally arranged.
