Creeping sedum like plant in Gozo

Is this an example of etiolated Sedum caeruleum or might be another species. Looks to be Sedum to me.

maybe a late S. caeruleum, but not sure. the site looks polluted, maybe we should send our mycorrhiza student there.

With time you get more experienced.... Now I am thinking that this is Sedum album? If so it's a very rare plant and probably first reported from Ramla.
