Maybe that particular reed-like grass at Throat Valley pine, but I dont have an idea about the name.

grass sounds good- reed-like abolutely not (plants are pretty frequent).

If it should not be Cynodon, might be Parapholis strigosa, but the colour looks more like Cynodon.
