Orange and black (Striped) beetle like insect

I would like to identify this little insect to include it in the Maltese wild nature page. Maltese name also if possible. I could not spot it in the Wildlife of the Maltese islands book, or the illustrations are not very clear.

I found out that it is a nymph of Heteropteran bug. Too young for pin-point species ID.
