Leaf for plant ID

A strange disease have been spotted on the leaves of a plant found at Wied id-Dis. On showing this to an entomologist, he suspects to be an interesting disease.

Can the experts of the forum attempt or indicate the ID of the plant form the leaves shown in the pic.

It measures 10cm and if not mistaken was a basal rosette (=asteraceae??)

yes, it is a yellow flowering Asteraceae, probably Leontodon tuberosus (or Hedypnois or something like that).
