I found this tree in Wied Sara (Gozo). Sorry I forgot to take a picture of the trunk.

I think it is melia azadarach, a widely cultivated tree in parks and streets. not 100% sure but

Because of your hint (Melia azadarach) I consulted the Internet. The pictures I've seen show the same leaves and fruits.
