Maltawildplants.com is now considered an online flora of the Maltese islands, portraying more than 900 species of plants found in Maltese habitats. It harbours a forum created in 2005 were memberes discuss topics about the Maltese flora and ID of plants.

99.999% I photographed the same specimen of the same tree!
By now you should have figured out that it is Laetiporus sulphureus. It's quite rare but one of the few perennial and attractive mushrooms I know. It is sought by mushroom hunters so I would not specify more on the locations, else that I also know one from Gozo on Eucalyptus trunk.
