Delphinium / Pedidalwett ?

Hi to everybody

Near Mosta we found a plant where we are not sure, have different meanings, what kind of plant this is.
Seems to be no maltese wild plant. Maybe some kind of Delphinium / Pedidalwett? What do you think?

Probably Consolida ambigua.

Well done Sigra and well done Pine for the ID (I never seen this species on our islands!). Sigra, you may wish to email / Private mesage Pine and tell him where you found it since I shall be abroad shortly, while I am sure il-Pine would love to see it!
