Can anyone tell me what is this insect with really long anthers. Was about 2cm long and moved quite slowly. Species name would be mostly appreciated. Never seen one in my life before!

I think it is a nymph Common Green Bush-cricket, Phaneroptera nana.
It is said to be Frequent in our islands and grows up to 3.5cm. Its main habitats are wooded areas and valley bottoms.[/i] |

| Thank you for your interesting information, I will mention it in the according plant profile. (Xanthium strumarium). Yes i can confirm that I seen this in a valley bottom - Chadwick lakes - in early September. |
