If it smells like chamomile and has a hollow "flowerhead" it is Matricaria recutita = Matricaria chamomilla, one of my favorite teas.

OK, what about Anthemis cf arvensis? Do you have a picture of the leaves?

That is, what I supposed. But here a bit of the herb. As a part of the other pic it is not clear.
