I have this specimen for ID which I have not found in local books or maltafauna.com. Probably, il-Pine will reply - "It is the common...." :P

seems to be our endemic Trochoidea spratti, which is found in various forms from flat to that shape and in various colours! It is so variable that in the past, around 20 different species were described!
