Try the melitensia section at university check the website. Repertorio of gulia is present at tge national library at valletta. Descriptive flora is present on the internet as a reprint.

agree with 1 and 2.
3 seems scabiosa atropurpurea var. maritima,
but not certain 100%.

it's not common in the wild.
it is cultivated but mostly in older gardens. one sprouted out of nowhere in the walls of my mother's garden :)
It is a fern of eastern Asia.

I call every Reichardia I see in Malta: Reichardia picroides. I have no idea how to identify intermedia from picroides, even though many authors described both as occurring. In Malta picroides is very common everywhere and I mean everywhere!

yes very showy. never cultivated it myself - same problem, collecting seeds in may/june not my favourite time!

cynoglossum creticum I always manage to grow for a few months then they wither and die, just before flowering!

yes that is one of the ironies of Maltese society
there are a lot of aromatic plants growing in the wild, and most of the Maltese ignore them.

Yes it grows locally. There are at most a dozen plants in wied gerzuma. Since the time of gulia 1870s when it was first seen, it has been confined to this valley!

Is this Capparis spinosa? It had tiny spiny stipules less than 1mm in length, which were quite cute. Or is it just a variety of Capparis orientalis. At Wied Speranza on 08/06/2015.
